Donnie Byrd

Donnie Byrd is a professional piercer and independent cat rescuer based in Reseda, California. She has been perfecting her craft since 2003 and is a proud member of the Association of Professional Piercers (APP). Known for her precision and attention to detail, Donnie has worked at some of the most reputable piercing studios across Los Angeles. She currently works at Oak and Poppy, where her dedication to safety, artistry, and client care has earned her a stellar reputation. In addition to her piercing career, Donnie is the founder of Misfits Friend Club, a donation-based initiative focused on TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) efforts and caring for stray and feral cats in the San Fernando Valley. Whether she’s fostering injured cats, helping control feline populations, or rescuing the overlooked, Donnie pours her heart into giving every cat a chance at a better life. Donnie is married and shares her home with eight cats and a dog, embodying her deep love for animals in every aspect of her life.
